The service

Markanera is a marketing platform where you connect your social media and ad accounts and plan, publish and manage content. Features depend on your plan.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and sign-in details. Workspace owners and admins can manage the workspace's brands and members.

Connected accounts and third-party platforms

Actions on social media and advertising accounts connected to Markanera are subject to that platform's rules. You confirm that you are allowed to connect those accounts and that you are responsible for what you publish.

Ad spend is charged directly by the ad platform to your account there. You are responsible for budget and campaign changes you make through Markanera.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, spam, phishing, content that infringes others' rights, or to work around platform rules.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for outages or rule changes of third-party platforms, or for their rejection of content or ads.
